We conduct a comprehensive market valuation analysis reviewing sales prices of both asking and sold buildings and properties comparable to yours in order to recommend an asking price for your property. In some cases, a comprehensive and detailed offering memorandum will be prepared showing physical and financial data for the subject property along with plans, photographs and location descriptions. This will be delivered to buyers demonstrating interest and financial capability for your sale. Title companies with whom we have worked will be recommended to handle the documentation of the completion of the sale or, if preferred by the seller, a tax deferred exchange to another U.S. acquisition.
